----The Crimson Purple Hue
The Crimson purple mantle of the morning's
dawning hue
Comes from 'neath the mooring of the solar's vespry pew
Created for the angels and the host of Seraphim
To bless our earthly faces with the joys of Cherubim.

When streaming rays of filtered light break
through our cloudy view
And opens up a pathway to cathedral draped in blue
The sweet and psaltry music that plays sweetly on thy ear
Once plied and ever gently dried our Saviour's salty tear.

So laugh and sing and praise the view of
dawning's mooring cue
But keep a watchful eye upon the crimson purple hue
For purple passion cried for you beneath cathedral blue
And crimson is the flow of Love that carries me and you.
